4. WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I DON'T LIKE IT?

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority, and we want to save your time and hassle. To provide a seamless experience, we do not require you to ship the product back to us.

If it arrives damaged: Simply send us a photo of the damage. You can keep the item, and we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement order to your location at zero extra cost.

If you are not satisfied: If you still wish to initiate a return or refund for any other reason, you can keep the product with you, and we will issue a 50% partial refund directly to your original payment method.
